Red berries at Lotsgatan

 I think this is Cotoneaster praecox

Brick wall facing Katarina Västra Gata, with tiny closed up windows

         I wonder if these old windows could be reopen somehow via the apartments on Östgötagatan? If I lived there I would definitely try to get planning permission for them to be opened again.
